Spicy Sriracha Seafood Pasta

linguine pasta

white wine
1/2 cup
heavy cream
1/2 cup
Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp
fresh basil
1/4 cup, chopped
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Steps
Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst.
Add the shrimp, scallops, and calamari to the skillet and cook until seafood is cooked through.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, Sriracha sauce, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
Serve hot and garnish with additional chopped basil, if desired.
