Spicy Sriracha Seafood Pasta

Ingredients


  • shrimp

    200g

  • scallops

    200g

  • calamari

    200g

  • linguine pasta

    200g

  • olive oil

    2 tbsp

  • garlic

    4 cloves

  • cherry tomatoes

    1 cup

  • white wine

    1/2 cup

  • heavy cream

    1/2 cup

  • Sriracha sauce

    2 tbsp

  • fresh basil

    1/4 cup, chopped

  • salt

    to taste

  • black pepper

    to taste




Steps


  • Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst.

  • Add the shrimp, scallops, and calamari to the skillet and cook until seafood is cooked through.

  • Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.

  • Stir in the heavy cream, Sriracha sauce, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.

  • Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.

  • Serve hot and garnish with additional chopped basil, if desired.
